At eBusiness Mastery, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital education and coaching services for aspiring and established Amazon sellers. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Online Courses (Individual or Bundle Access)
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy on our online course purchases, whether bought individually or as part of a bundle.
- To request a refund, email support@ebusinessmastery.com within 7 days of your purchase and include your order number.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- No refunds are available after 7 days from the date of purchase.
2. Group Q&A Subscription
Our live weekly group Q&A access is provided on an annual subscription basis.
- No refunds are offered for this service due to its live and ongoing nature.
- Delivery format, frequency, or timing of these sessions may change without notice.
- This subscription is considered non-refundable once purchased.
3. Private Coaching Program
Our premium coaching package includes:
- 12 × 1-hour private coaching sessions (valid for use within 6 months)
- Weekly group Q&A access during the program
- One 2 hours group planning session
- Bonus tools, materials, and product recommendations
Refund Terms:
- If you cancel before your first private session is scheduled, you may request a refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $250.
- Once the first session is scheduled or attended, no refunds will be issued.
- Unused sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Clients must sign a separate coaching agreement confirming these terms before coaching begins.
4. One-Time Digital Products
Items such as calculators, tools, supplier lists, or product recommendation reports are non-refundable due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.
5. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding your purchase, please contact us at support@ebusinessmastery.com within 7 days of your order. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues in good faith.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, and to resolve the matter in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
